Registered Address: 2-16 Fayuen ST, Hong Kong

Article 3 – Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the STOMP online store.

The Terms & Conditions will be made available before checkout is completed. An order confirmation will be sent by email.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.

Article 4 – Products and Offers

Where an offer is available for a limited time or while stocks last, this will be clearly stated.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your rights if a product is not as described.

Buy 1 Pair, Get 1 Pair Free

To qualify for this promotion, two eligible pairs must be added to your order. The lower-priced pair will be free, and the discount will be displayed before payment.

If you return both pairs, you will receive a refund in accordance with our returns policy.

For partial returns, any refund will be calculated according to the promotional terms communicated before purchase.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods apply to both pairs, including the free pair.

Article 5 – Placing an Order

A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm acceptance by email.

Please check that your selected size, colour and delivery address are correct before completing your purchase.

If you need to make changes, contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact you to correct the error or cancel the order where permitted by law.

Article 6 – Cancellation and Returns

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us within the cancellation period. You may use a cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may try the shoes on indoors to check their size and fit, just as you would in a shop.

If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction for any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.

Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right to cancel.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights apply, including applicable return-cost protections.

Refunds

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If the goods have not yet been dispatched, the refund will be made within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

When an entire order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional charges for premium delivery options are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Extended 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, STOMP offers an extended returns period of 30 days from delivery.

For returns requested between days 15 and 30, shoes must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

This additional policy does not affect your statutory cancellation rights or your rights relating to faulty goods.

Article 7 – Prices and Delivery

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your order.

Import Duties and Taxes

[Confirm whether UK VAT, customs duties and any import handling charges are included in the checkout price, or whether customers may be responsible for additional charges upon delivery.]

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Off-peak season: 1–3 working days.

  • Peak season (September–December): 5–8 working days.

These estimates apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your order is delayed or does not arrive, you may exercise your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Please contact our customer service team if your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe.

Article 8 – Payment

Payments are processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Where Klarna is available, Klarna's separate payment terms and eligibility requirements will also apply.

Any applicable interest, fees or repayment obligations will be disclosed before you enter into a payment agreement.

For purchases made using Klarna, approved refunds will be processed through the original Klarna transaction, and Klarna will update the relevant payment arrangements accordingly.
